My name is Ghada Elsayad and I am honored to serve as the Principal of New Generation International Schools I bring with me extensive experience in the field of education, with a strong background in academic leadership, school management, and curriculum development within both the British and American educational systems.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering a positive and high-achieving learning environment, where students are encouraged to think critically, act responsibly, and strive for excellence. I have worked closely with teachers, students, and parents to build a collaborative school culture that supports continuous improvement and innovation.

My expertise includes teacher development, academic planning, student assessment, and the implementation of modern educational practices that align with international standards. I strongly believe in the importance of integrating technology into education to enhance learning outcomes and prepare students for the future.

As a school leader, I am dedicated to maintaining high standards of education, promoting student wellbeing, and ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to succeed and grow both academically and personally.

Our school follows both the British and American educational systems, providing students with diverse academic pathways that prepare them for global opportunities. My role as a principal is not only to ensure academic success, but also to foster character, creativity, and critical thinking in every learner.

Previously, I was responsible for managing and supervising the SAT Test Center, ensuring full compliance with the regulations and standards set by College Board. This role involved coordinating exam administration, maintaining security procedures, and ensuring a smooth and professional testing environment.
